Spread out over three levels, there are five bedrooms with ensuite baths, two living areas, and sleeping space for twelve. You’ll also be about a half-mile from the gondola and world-class skiing and hiking, and a few short steps from the dining and entertainment in town.

Sleek, Modern Mountain Design

Set into a charming row of homes, there’s a convenient alleyway in the back of the home that allows easy access to parking. From the back door, you enter into a spacious mudroom that’s built for housing skis, hiking boots, heavy jackets, and all other outdoor gear with ease. The hallway opens into the stylish and elegant kitchen. A huge island with a waterfall edge and plenty of barstool seating will be the place that everyone gathers while waiting for the morning coffee to brew— there’s a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker on hand. Private Bedrooms for Everyone

Upstairs on the top level, two bedrooms each have soaring vaulted ceilings and are filled with lots of natural light. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, HDTV, and an attached bathroom with a step-in shower. The second bedroom is the luxe master suite, complete with a king-size bed and HDTV. The master suite also includes built-in storage, spacious closets, and a spa-like master bathroom with double vanity, freestanding tub, and a huge shower with multiple showerheads.

Head downstairs to the lower level, where you’ll find a den space/media room with a roomy sectional sofa and 72-inch HDTV. Next to the media room is a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks and a private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the other side of the den and is somewhat like a secondary master suite— complete with a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom. There’s also a spacious laundry room on this level.

A Secluded Studio Apartment

In the backyard lies the ultra-soothing hot tub— an absolute must after a full day on the slopes. From the backyard, stairs lead up to the efficiency apartment above the garage. This flexible space is perfect for those in your crew seeking a bit more privacy and space— like older teens, in-laws, and couples. The apartment has a full bathroom with a step-in shower, a queen-size bed, HDTV, and a kitchenette with a mini-fridge. The garage space below houses all sorts of outdoor gear, including bicycles and a charcoal grill.
