This family friendly sports bar is one of the hottest and most popular places in the town of Telluride to watch your favorite sports teams, as well as being loved for the amazing pizza and wings. Brown Dog has more than 8 big screens; there is table in this restaurant without a view of a TV. Brown Dog’s pizza was judges as the World’s Best Pizza in the traditional division with a 1st Place finish at the 2014 International Pizza Expo and this finishes the 1st place finish in the 2013 American pan division. Whether you are looking for a fun place to eat delicious food with friends or family, or catch the game, Brown Dog is the perfect place for you.
Cornerhouse Grille
The Cornerhouse Grille has always been a place where locals and visitors come to watch their favorite sports, drink a cold beverage and eat hearty food. Locals thrive off of the tater tots, Philly cheese steaks, and fish tacos, along with the other daily specials. The bar features nine flat-screen TVs with a multitude of college and pro sports on everyday. The back deck has also been redone, as one of the few restaurants with enjoyable outdoor dining in Telluride. The beer and specialty drinks are sold at great prices, such as Four-dollar well drinks, $2 Miller High Life, and $2 Pabst Blue Ribbons. Also, the Cornerhouse Grille is the only restaurant in Telluride that keeps their full kitchen open until midnight, seven days a week.
Smuggler’s Brew Pub
Smugglers Brew Pub is the only brewpub in Telluride. There are 16 flat screen TV’s, 16 different beers on tap, and an abundance of yummy entrees and appetizers. Handcrafted beers are sold from their downstairs brewery, and have been for over a decade. Smuggler’s is located in a great location, just a block away from the gondola and the ski slopes, on the corner of San Juan Avenue and Pine Street. If you are looking for a fun spot to eat good food and catch the game, Smuggler’s will certainly not disappoint.
High Pie Pizzeria & Tap Room
Brand new to the Telluride restaurant lineup, this new pizzeria offers great food and a plentiful selection of beers on tap to enjoy during sports games and family dinners alike. The kitchen makes all food with only the finest ingredients using local, organic produce & dairy products as well as natural, hormone-free meats, when available. Check out the latest addition to the Telluride food scene on Main Street, at the corner of South Pine & West Colorado.
