Private Terraces with Mountain Views

The spacious great room has a lovely indoor/outdoor vibe— with glass doors that open wide to the sun-drenched terrace. A neutral sofa, plenty of comfy armchairs, and lots of modern artwork surround the modern fireplace. A natural-edged wood hearth provides additional bench seating. A flatscreen television is mounted into a nook next to the fireplace and is perfect for a movie night— if you can tear yourself away from the views. Elegant recessed lighting and high ceilings add to the graceful, open feeling.

Sleek Kitchen and Dining Spaces

The kitchen is wide open to the living area and features a gas range and custom, slate-gray vent hood. A massive island with seating for five has a dramatic waterfall edge and is highlighted by unique pendant lights. Sleek wood cabinets, a matching paneled refrigerator, and a stacked tile backsplash complete the clean, contemporary space. A formal dining table has enough seating for eight people. Around the corner is a convenient powder room.

Peaceful Bedroom Suites and an Ultra-Private Master

Down the hallway are two secluded bedrooms. The first bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower and a king-size bed. The other bedroom is like a mini master suite— complete with a queen-size bed, attached full bathroom, and a private terrace overlooking the mountain peaks and the bustling city below. Downstairs on the lower two levels are two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. The other bedroom is a flexible den space and media room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a sectional sofa, flatscreen television, fun bean bag chairs, and an attached full bathroom. You’ll also find a convenient mudroom, a spacious laundry room that’s also a large closet, and a one-car garage.

The master suite occupies the entire fourth floor of the home. It’s ultra-private, with expansive views of the mountains. A king-size bed faces the open-air terrace. Swing the doors open wide for unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountain peaks from the bed. It has the feel of a secluded mountain top cabin— yet you’re in the heart of downtown. The attached master bathroom has a glass-enclosed step-in shower and a separate marble soaking tub. The double vanity has a unique trough sink made of clean, white marble. Down a short hallway, the master suite office space is ideal for catching up on some work, or just kicking back and watching TV.
