East End Estate is a classic mountain home filled with extravagant touches and bespoke details. You’ll feel like a local living in a quiet Telluride neighborhood, while still being close to the slopes and the hustle-bustle of historic downtown. There’s enough luxurious square feet for up to twelve people, a private backyard with a hot tub, two living areas, and a separate guest house. East End Estate has the vibe of an exclusive mountain resort— yet with all the comforts of home.

A Luminous Living Area

When you arrive at East End Estate, you can park in the convenient two-car garage with room for two more cars in the front. The classic front facade includes flagstone steps leading up to a gabled portico entrance. The home is a split-level design, so you can access the main floor or the ground floor from the front door.

The incandescent living space is flooded with bright Colorado sunshine. Glass doors lead out to the sun-drenched patio space, which sits over the garage and looks out over the neighborhood and the mountains. Back inside, a stone fireplace reaches up to the soaring cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams. Two velvety sofas and two bright orange armchairs create a comfy space for curling up with your favorite TV show or a good book. Colorful artwork and whimsical touches— including a faux bear skin rug— add a memorable style.

Through the glass doors lies the sunny deck space, complete with an outdoor dining table for hosting a meal under the stars. Cozy lounge chairs surround the crackling fire pit— ideal for sipping on wine after dinner and warming up after après.

A Bright, Bespoke Kitchen

In the kitchen, gray marble countertops and clean, crisp white cabinets create an open and elegant design. An industrial vent hood, huge gas range, and enormous stainless steel refrigerator add a sleek balance to the charming glass-front cabinets and classic subway tile backsplash. A massive island and cozy breakfast nook provide lots of hang-out space for your crew to sip their coffee or nibble on a muffin in the mornings.

A stylish powder room has a bowl sink and bright, unique wallpaper. Down the hallway, a desk space has views of the backyard and is the perfect area to take care of some remote schooling or work projects.

Blissful Bedroom Suites

The private master suite is down the hall and has a modern fireplace facing a sumptuous king-size bed. A balcony has views of the backyard and Bear Creek Canyon beyond. The decadent master bathroom features a freestanding marble tub, double vanity, classic hexagon tile work, and a glass-enclosed steam shower.

There’s a cozy lofted sleeping space with two twin beds and a seating area overlooking the main living space. On the ground level, you’ll find another spacious living space with an ocean blue sectional sofa, wet bar, fireplace, and flatscreen television. Open the doors to the peaceful backyard and take a dip in the hot tub.

There are three bedrooms on the lower level. The first bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom has doors leading out to the backyard and the hot tub. The second bedroom has an attached full ensuite bathroom with Carrera marble details. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a hidden, pull-down, twin-size Murphy bed and a bathroom with an arabesque-tiled step-in steam shower. Also on the lower level a delightful guest cottage has a main living area with comfy pullout sofa, dining area, and a small kitchenette. The guest house has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom.
