Guests may expect an abundance of privacy at this immaculate private home during any month of the year, and ski season visitors are sure to enjoy the quick ski-out access right from the home while warm-weather festivals and other activities are available via the gondola that takes you over to the Telluride side. Hilltop Hideaway is beautifully decorated and furnished and offers all of the best amenities and available services, and it comes with a fully equipped apartment within the residence that may be used for staff or visitors.

Lounge and Dine in Style

Expansive mountain views are framed by massive windows in the homes Great Room where you’ll discover comfortable lounging areas in the living room that boasts an enormous stone fireplace surrounded by seating options. Another seating area offers a fireplace and large flat-screen television, and there’s a game table with seating for four. Guests have the option of adding a private chef to their staff at Hilltop Hideaway, and the gourmet kitchen is a dream with its Thermador range with six burners and two ovens, two dishwashers, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer by Sub Zero, farmhouse sink by Kohler and a large breakfast bar with seating. A formal dining table with a view is available as well. The main level also offers access to the home’s impressive wrap-around deck with plenty of seating for those who want to take in the clean mountain air and the phenomenal views.

Impressive Dual Master Suites

Both master suites are found above the main level of the home, and there’s an office space between them for those who must see to a bit of work during their vacation. Each room enjoys access to the deck, a plush king-size bed, a seating area with a fireplace, a large closet and a private bath with a glass shower with bench seating, an oversize soaking tub, his-and-her sinks, and a private water closet.

Spacious Guest Suites

On the home’s lowest level is the bunk room that is often used for children, teens or singles in the group. However, this room offers two sets of captain’s bunk beds that feature a queen-size bed on the bottom with space for a couple and a twin-size bed on top. It’s served by a bath across the hall with a glass shower with bench seating. This level also holds a queen guest suite with access to the seating area on the stone patio and a bath across the hall with a shower that features a lovely waterfall shower head. On the main level of the home, there are two more guest suites. One is a queen suite with a private bath with a glass shower while the other offers a queen-size bed and is served by a bath across the hall.

A Private Living Space

The couple in your group that is looking for a bit more privacy may want to take advantage of the caretaker’s unit. It’s a fully equipped apartment within the residence that offers a living room with a seating area in front of a fireplace and large flat-screen television, a kitchen with everything needed for meal prep, a dining table, a guestroom with a queen-size bed and a bath across the hall and access onto the deck.

In-House Workout Room

Those who are serious about getting in their regular daily workout won’t have to leave the residence to make that happen. On the lowest level of the home, you’ll discover a well-equipped workout room with several options that include free weights, a treadmill, workout balls, an elliptical machine, and a workout bench. Right across the hall is a large steam room with space for several guests to enjoy together.

Come Play and Relax

On the home’s lowest level, your group will discover a relaxing space with great options for fun. See who’s the best pool player on the full-size pool table, or head over to the minibar that stands near the wine cellar. Play some cards at the game table, or you might just want to sit back in the seating area and watch some television while warming up in front of the fireplace. A private hot tub awaits just outside on the patio for a nice soak at any time.

Exciting Extras

Guests of Hilltop Hideaway who are traveling with children may request the services of a qualified nanny, and a butler may also be added to your staff. There’s plenty of space on the grounds of this residence to get out there and play football or just let the kids run off some steam, and guests will be near golf and the area’s best hiking and biking trails. Other amenities include personalized services by our dedicated Concierge Team, high-speed internet, a large laundry room and garage parking for three vehicles.
