The rustic front facade of Overlook Haus is framed by the jaw-dropping peaks of the San Sophia Ridge. Step inside the grand living area, where a two-story wall of windows allows you to take in the unobstructed views. A plush sectional sofa and a stone fireplace create a cozy feel in this spacious room— ideal for watching movies, hosting game nights, or taking a catnap by the fire.

A clean, quartz-topped island with four vintage bar stools leads into the fresh and open kitchen. Light gray cabinets are set against a crisp white backsplash and countertops. The industrial range is highlighted by a mosaic tile inlay under the custom vent hood. Up the staircase are three bedrooms— including two master suites. The first master suite has a king-size bed and an impressively intricate vaulted ceiling. A giant window looks out over peaceful mountain views. The en suite bathroom has a freestanding tub with mountain views, a glass-enclosed shower, and a double vanity. The second master suite has a sanctuary-like feel with a king-size bed, mountain views, and a private bathroom with a step-in shower, deep tub, and double vanity. The third bedroom on this floor has a queen-size bed.

The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor and will be a hit with kids of all ages— it has two twin-over-full size bunk beds. There’s also a bathroom on the ground level that has a unique, vintage sink and a step-in shower. Around the corner from the bunk room is a second living space, complete with sofa, fireplace, microwave, refrigerator, and flatscreen television. Glass doors lead to an outdoor patio.
