In the stylish, well-designed kitchen, custom hardwood cabinets and gleaming granite countertops are framed by a chic tray ceiling and rustic stone accents. The premier appliances include a gas range, double oven, warming oven, 2 dishwashers, microwave, a huge SubZero refrigerator, a wine fridge, and 2 secondary smaller refrigerators. The large square island will be the place where everyone lingers over warm muffins and hot coffee in the mornings. There’s also a copper-topped bar space and a huge walk-in pantry.

Down the hall lies a secondary lounge and den space with a sectional sofa, fireplace, and flatscreen television. Through the glass doors is an outdoor living area featuring a crackling fireplace, a gas range for grilling, and an outdoor dining table with show-stopping mountain views.

Private Sleeping Suites for Everyone

Three primary bedroom suites offer plenty of flexibility and privacy for large groups. Each master suite includes a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, panoramic mountain views, an HDTV, and an attached private bath. In the first bedroom suite, there’s also a walk-in closet, a sunny patio, a second-floor office with a TV, a sitting area, and even a laundry room. In the ensuite bathroom, a jetted tub sits next to a spa-like, glass-enclosed shower with multiple showerheads for rinsing away the stress of the day.

In the fourth bedroom there is a a queen-sized bed. A small desk space offers a quiet spot to complete some remote work or school projects. The fifth bedroom in the main home is a bunk room with built-in, twin-size bunks with personal reading lamps, an ensuite bathroom, and a walk-in closet. There’s another bathroom in the hallway, so it feels as though the bunk room has two private baths.

Down the hall is a fun game room with a pool table and a theater room with a giant HDTV and comfy, overstuffed reclining chairs. The theater space has a wine cave with a wine fridge, microwave, warming oven, dishwasher, ice maker, and a dumb waiter to the main kitchen. This billiard room also serves as a flexible storage space for skis, boots, and coats and a convenient changing space or break room between ski runs. At the end of the day, you’ll want to take a dip in the soothing outdoor hot tub underneath the stars.

With a separate entrance, the apartment above the garage is ideal for grandparents, older children, in-laws, or anyone in your group that’s looking for a bit more seclusion. This comfortable space includes a split-king or two twin-size beds, a coat closet, a large bedroom closet, a balcony, a washer and dryer, a bathroom with a tub/shower, a living room with a fireplace, and a full kitchen.

Picture Perfect was perfectly designed to accommodate large groups with ease. For example, there are three laundry facilities located throughout the estate— including one in the guest house and one in the master bedroom. The main home also has a laundry room with a work sink, a washing machine, and two dryers. It’s also worth noting that each of the full bathrooms in the main home have a separate water closet/toilet room, which makes sharing a bathroom effortless.
