Regal and radiant, this Mountain Village manor has been exquisitely designed to take full advantage of the surrounding views of Wilson Peak and the spectacular Sneffels Range. A circular driveway and mature fir trees create a dazzling first impression, and the interior layout is wide open and flowing with positive vibes. Seven bedrooms allow you to invite the whole crew to join you on your next Colorado escape. Secluded and peaceful, yet not too far from local attractions, this is the ideal estate to call home in magnificent Mountain Village.

A Dazzling Colorado Escape

The main great room is cavernous— with a wall of windows and glass doors that frame the staggering mountain views that seem to surround the entire home. This stylish space also includes a leather sectional sofa, two armchairs, a baby grand piano, and a massive stone fireplace with a large HDTV mounted above the flames. Although the room is spacious, it still feels cozy and inviting on chilly Colorado evenings.

The kitchen is wide open to this living space and includes a contemporary peninsula bar that features a striking glass top with a waterfall edge. Barstool seating is the perfect spot to perch while waiting for the coffee to brew, while nearby a formal dining table has seating for ten more. The focal point of the kitchen is a huge gas range that is surrounded by a wall of rustic stone. Natural wood cabinets, granite countertops, a large refrigerator, two sinks, a dishwasher, and a microwave complete this well-designed space.

Private Sleeping Suites for All

This sprawling home has plenty of private sleeping space for everyone in your group to find some peace and relaxation at the end of each day. The primary suite is located on its own floor and enjoys complete privacy. This suite includes a sumptuous king-size bed set into a built-in headboard facing a cozy fireplace and HDTV. There are two private balconies, one facing towards the San Sophia Ridge and one facing Mount Wilson. The ensuite primary bathroom includes a step-in steam shower, a jacuzzi tub, and double vanities.

Six more bedrooms each have their own style. The second and third bedrooms are king-size suites with luxe bedding, private balconies, and attached full bathrooms. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are suites with king-size beds, access to the outdoors, and ensuite bathrooms, which are ideal for large groups and families. The sixth bedroom has a full-size bed, and the seventh bedroom has two bunk beds— each with a twin-over-full-size bunk.

A Divine Space to Call Home

This home is also equipped with many extra amenities, including a sun-drenched terrace with a hot tub that overlooks the mountains, a barbeque grill, an outdoor fireplace, and a stylish dining space to host alfresco meals.

A recreation room includes a reclining sectional couch, a golf simulator, and an overhead projector on the lower level. This room also boasts plenty of fitness equipment, including a stability chair, treadmill, elliptical trainer, TRX, and free weights. When it’s time to explore and indulge in the surrounding Rocky Mountain beauty, the gondola and the village core are close by.
