Located in the heart of Telluride just off Main Street, Spruce House is the perfect home for a Telluride vacation. The home is brand new but has maintained the charm of the town’s historic background with its design.

Enter Spruce house through the foyer to the middle floor where guests are greeted by beautiful chestnut floors and amazing architectural details. On this level, guests will also find a beautiful study with a cozy sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as the room’s private bath. The room has a pocket door that can be closed off to make the space more private. Adjacent to the den is the master king suite, with walk-in closet, French doors leading to a private deck and an en suite bathroom featuring a steam shower and stand-alone tub.

The great room occupies the home’s entire upper level and has two decks facing opposite ends of the box canyon. With vaulted ceilings, an open layout and views of Ajax Peak, Bear Creek, and the Telluride Ski Resort, this room is truly stunning. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including a drip coffee maker, two dishwashers and granite countertops. The dining room hosts the most decadent meals with seating for 10 and a separate seating area around a gas fireplace.

The home’s lower level houses two guest suites, the first of which has two twin beds and a private en suite bathroom with shower. The other guest suite has a king bed and private bath with a shower/tub combination. A comfortable second living space provides a great area for guests to watch the flat-screen TV and relax on the sectional sofa. The laundry room is also on this level.

Attached to the home’s east side is the guest house located above the garage.
