This private residence is near Town Park where many of the summer music festivals are held and within walking distance to the gondola that will take you to all of the best ski runs during the long winter. With space for eight individuals to stay in complete comfort, Telluride’s Peak offers four bedrooms and five baths across three levels and over 2,000 square feet of modern living space that is impeccably furnished and decorated throughout.

Enjoy Your Stay Together

One of the best things about a vacation is enjoying time with your loved ones, and you’ll discover a wonderful living area on level two of this home. The living room is large enough for the entire group with comfy seating options warmed by the gas fireplace, and there’s also a television for those who don’t want to miss their favorite shows. The kitchen comes up next, and it’s a pleasure to prepare meals with an abundance of counter space, a large kitchen island, a high-end Fisher & Paykel six-burner stove and oven and a large double-door refrigerator with freezer. The wine fridge and wet bar are nice added touches and can be stocked before your arrival if requested. This level offers access to two separate private decks. One holds the hot tub and features ski area views while the other looks out over the mountains.

Restful Nights Await

There’s so much to do in Telluride that you’re sure to be ready for a good night of sleep when the day ends, and you may count on restful nights in this home’s comfortable sleeping spaces. On the ground level, you may choose the king suite that offers a private bath with an oversize glass shower, dual shower heads and bench seating or the queen suite with mountain views and a private bath with a glass shower. The main master suite is found on the top floor, and it boasts an ultra-comfy king-size bed, a large closet, a separate seating area and incredible mountain views from its high vantage point. The final guest room on this level offers two single beds that may be moved together to form a split-king bed. These two rooms share a bath with a nice view of Bear Creek, double sinks and a glass shower with two shower heads.

Guests of Telluride’s Peak may request the services of a chef to prepare a single special meal, dinner each night or every meal of the day, and a qualified nanny is also available for those who are traveling with children. This home features a nice covered porch with seating and a boot room at the entrance where you’ll find a bench for boot removal, a coat closet and ski storage. Other amenities include a laundry room, parking for two vehicles, high speed internet, easy access to hiking and biking trails and complimentary concierge services.
